By submitting content, you grant PresOPris LLC a:

• royalty-free license

to use, process, store, display, and distribute that content as needed to provide and improve the Services.

You confirm you have the rights to submit this content.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Services may generate outputs using artificial intelligence.

You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
• They are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise)
• You are responsible for reviewing and using outputs appropriately

PresOPris LLC is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

8. Payments and Billing

Certain features may require payment.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information
• Pay all applicable fees

Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable.

We may update pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Services (excluding User Content), including:

• software
• design
• branding
• content

are owned by PresOPris LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Services without permission.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate third-party providers, including:

• OpenAI (AI functionality)
• Stripe (payments)
• Google Analytics (analytics)

We are not responsible for third-party services.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

12. Disclaimers
